Description
A team of CIPD qualified HR consultants that can support SME employers with any particular people needs from ad hoc requirements, projects or on an ongoing basis.
Hectic People can support in the following areas; recruitment, policies and staff handbooks, contracts of employment, disciplinary/grievance/dismissal procedures, TUPE procedures, capability procedures, staff coaching and training needs, leadership mentoring, organisational design, employee engagement, redundancy procedures, employment law guidance, conflict management, leading BCorp certifications and full HR outsourcing.
We have experience of working with international businesses setting up in the UK territory through our parent company Hectic Europe.
We like to give back to our local community by giving our time to community pro bono work, supporting individuals with guidance on employment cases. To date we have supported individuals who have been employed in the private and public sector up to 100,000 employees.
